  • What are the shipping options?
    At Kolour Wheel, we are only able to offer standard delivery, this usually takes 5 - 7 business days after payment has been processed. We offer free delivery within the state of Gujarat and delivery at a fixed rate for the orders to be shipped to states other than Gujarat.
  • What do I do if I receive a defective order?
    We at Kolour Wheel take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to contact us via email (kolourwheel20@gmail.com) regarding the issue with a photograph of the defect within 24 hours of the received date. You would then mail back the product, and after receiving and assessing the returned product a replacement will be processed. The address of the return and further details regarding the issue would be provided to you via our email response.
  • Do you accept international orders?
    Kolour Wheel site does not offer international shipments. However, we love to serve you internationally and would do so on special requests. Kindly email us on kolourwheel20@gmail.com if you would like to place or deliver an order internationally.
  • How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
    The most easiest and effecient way to contact us is through email (kolourwheel20@gmail.com), where we aim to reply back within 48 hours. If you are accessing the website through mobile browser, you can contact us through the whatsapp link provided.
  • Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
    Please contact us via email (kolourwheel20@gmail.com) if you do not possess a Debit/Credit card and our team will get back to you with alternative payment options. We will make sure you recieve the artwork you wished for.
